What i have done is written a page page2.aspx in VB and compiled that to get the DLL 
out. Then place the same DLL in the bin and reference the same whereever you want to 
use it. In my case the page2.aspx does not have any user interface as such just the 
code behind is what is required. I am not too sure if you can have page1.aspx with c# 
and page2.aspx in vb.net if you are making use of a C# project.
