Hi,
i'm developing a eCommerce website using C#.
i have a situation during the online Shopping of the products
(1) Check for the availability of the product...When this is to be done ...
(i) Before the payment - [in this case i need to block the quantity selected by
the user]
If this is performed, what is the guarantee that user 'll buy the product or
user gets disconnected from the internet.
(ii) After the payment is confirm - What if the product is not available.. is it
good to show that "the product is out of stock" after the payment [and reverting the
payment will cost the transaction fee ]............??
Any suggestion how to handle this type of situation or any best practice.. ???
