Reason - In C#, the Console gives access to any standard stream ( try Console.SetIn and SetOut methods and you will know what I am talking about). This Class is not aware of the specific behaviours of the Console.( Yes, the name Console is a misnomer). However, in C, Conio.h is very aware of the Console and it's behaviour.
