1. interfaces can become becoe both reference/value type depending on context 
(remember even structs can implement an interface)
2. u want how they work internally. thats difficult to explain.......... this sacred 
document may help u understand(althou there are no interfaces in c++, it will give u a 
good idea how it may work)
