Been a while since I did this....  I would suggest that you check out the MQ
Classes for .NET, which are a set of .NET classes provided by IBM that allow
you to programmatically access MQ from any .NET language. They were once
available as a separate download but I believe the functionality is now
integrated into the MQ product line..
