    Objects cannot be passed as ByVal....it's always considered 
as ByRef

Hi all,
I have a small 
                doubt.

I wanted to know if an object would be passed as 
                reference even if I dont explicitly pass ByRef?

If yes 
                then wht would happen if I explicitly pass ByVal.

This 
                idea was given to me by someone. I'm sorry if wht I've asked is 
                rubbish.
