Hi   I have two XML files(First & Second).I  have to compare them according to the 
following considerations and written in to the third file.     1.The "First" file has 
aproperty and the "second"  file has the same property and the     values are 
differenet .The value from the "second" will be used.      2.The "First" file does not 
have a property that the "Second" file has.The value will remain in the "Second".   Is 
there any simple algorith for this.   Thanx in advance Ramesh
