Hi Kiran!
 
The same is achieved by SQL Server Enterprise Manager by 
closely talking with the DB using TDS.
 
For your scenario, I suggest that you implement server side 
paging using a stored procedure and bind the datagrid to the results of the 
same.

                Hi,
                 i have this issue of Datagrid, with around 2 lakhs 
                records when try to scroll down moves up as the data gets loaded 
                on to the grid the same can be observed in MSSQL enterprise 
                manager. can any one tell me any work around with the control or 
                any other control available. we are using sp 3 of Microsoft 
                Datagrid Control
