Time to Last Byte: This is the time taken by the client to recieve the last byte of information. Its after the TTLB that the rendering process starts. Not seen the third deeply. But I think this would be the total time taken for the script to interate or finish. This will be total script run time. If you have response.buffer as false then you will hit on almost same values for TTFB and TTLB.
