We also had the same problem but it got rectified.  Please check the following.   1.  
Crystal report reference that you have given in the application is correctly pointing 
to the registered crystal report version.  (For example we were using Crystal Report 
10, but once we referred in our application, it took the default Crystal report 
version 9.0 that ships with VS.NET 2003 .  2.  Two msms file need to be included as 
shown in the attached image. 3.  Set the registration property of these 2 msm files 
with the registration key that you have.  It can viewed in the properties window.   
Compile, build and test the project it will work fine.   Regards, N.Venkat
