Check the performance tool in your server control panel > Administrative
tools 
you add the counter which you want to monitor.. 
select general statistics and i guess there are some options where you can
add the counter for connections..
if you are using the connetion pool it will show how many are active
connections .. whats the max and whats the min...
The terms which i have used may vary.. since i m using win XP client the
counters here are different i believe.. 
may be you can find the actual counters to monitor this statistics...

When i run the ASP.Net application, when many users accessed it, I would like
to check the number of connections opened through SQL Server.

Is it possible..?
