In what sense ? Triggers when executed in a Batch are a part of a synchronous call. 
Hence the insert/update/delete happens with the trigger followed and then the next 
statement in the batch gets executed.   But having said that there are specific 
requirements then you can anyways use the WAITFOR DELAY command to execute the trigger
