----------------------------------------------------------- From: vikashtiwari Message 1 in Discussion Hi, I am working in C# and I am facing a big problem. When the user logs in to the application , the user Id is stored in the HttpContext.Items and then when he navigates I retrieve this user Id from this HttpContext.Items. This user Id is then used to retrieve the user profile from the commerce server. From this profile I get the users Name which is displayed on the header. The session state is being stored in SQL server. What happened was that once when the server was under high load some users complained that after logging in as themselves they could see somebody else's name on the screen. My guesss was that either incorrect profile was being retrieved or somehow the sessions got corrupted. Does any body have an idea if this (session getting corrupted) can happen in the above scenario under extremely high stress.
