if windows forms ..  I know one way .. create an xml like this saying .. <Form>        
<TextBox>           <Name>1</Name>           <Defaultvalue></Defaultvalue>           
....................................other props       </TextBox>       <TextBox>       
    <Name>2</Name>           <Position></Position>            
.............................other props       </TextBox><Form>   in the code  ..  
iterate through the nodelist ( selectnodes("Form/TextBox") )and create the controls 
dynamically  and add them to teh from controls collection .. as simple as that .. now 
its upto you to design the logic to make the form look good    any trouble lemme know
