hi
The Senorio is like some bit of time slot will be their to access the
record. then first person get the result and
other person will wait to complete of first one.
But this situation doen't come actually when first user doing
the change the record will lock for short period of time and after
he is done the change and if he commit the change then only other person can
see the changes.
In somewhat conditionaly first person can access the record and other person
get "Resourse Busy Error" or Have to wait for fist job done.
