To do that follow these steps.. Click on Member Tools Click on check your email settings Verify your email Id Under Messages, select the oprion Inbox. Thats it... But actually there is a bug in msn groups, that sometimes even the announcement wont reach all the members. This is a known issue and been communicated to Microsoft as well by many concerned people... Hope this helps..
