Hi, Web Services do support Versioning, but its little complicated. First of all
there are three types of versioning schemes available: These are
Interface versioning
Versioning of implementation
Versioning of data types

For the versioning of the Web Service you should create a new namespace URI.
Commonly the date is being used in the URI to version the WS.

like :
[WebService(Namespace=http://bdotnet.com/2004/07/Questions)]
public class SomeService
{

}
So in this way one can version the web service. The request sent will also change
accordingly

<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/";>
  <soap:Body>
    <Employee xmlns="http://bdotnet.com/2004/07/Questions";>
      <ID>
        <Id xmlns="http://bdotnet.com/2004/07/Questions";>int</Id>
      </ID>
    </Employee>
  </soap:Body>
</soap:Envelope>

Hope this helps you.
Cheers
Aman Garg
