hi,
You mean whether dataset contain data or not. am i right.
If yes. take down this.
for eg. you may trying to pull some record from some table using
dataadapter.
Adapter=new sqldataAdapter("Select * from Mytable",con)
Adapter.Fill(datasetname,"MYTABLE").
if(datasetname["MYTABLE"].Row.count==0)
messagebox.show("zerorecord");
else
messagebox.show(datasetname["MYTABLE"].Row.count.ToString());
This is a sample syntax.
Get the idea from this and apply in your code.
