hai banu,

Are you talking abt shifting the source code, are just the application.

If it is source code,

1. u need to copy and paste it in wwwroot.
2. open the project file and webinfo file in notepad and change the
application url
3. open IIS and create that folder as an application folder.

If it is just the application.

1. Nothing to do
2. copy paste it
3. go to iis and create the application folder.

With regards,

Hi

How can we copy/transfer the ASP.NET application from one system to another?

Just copy all the files and build a solution & project?
or
Just copy the soloution and project that are built before?

Thanx & Regards
Banu
