Hi, You can achieve this by  handling the onkeypress event for the textbox in the  
client-side.  U should check for the number of digits after the decimal point, in the 
onkeypressevent.  In the handler: 1.     var strFieldValue = Field.value; // The field 
has the old value only. say 4587.2 2. Now check the length of the number/digits after 
the decimal. if digAfterDecimal > 0 then {event.ReturnValue = false;} else 
{event.ReturnValue = true;}
 If the event.returnValue is set to false, then the value typed in by the user will 
not be displayed in the textbox.   Hope this helps, Swami.
