Hi,   You can use authorization tag to restrict users to access certain url resources. 
For example if you want to restrict unauthenticated users in your site, then you need 
to have authorization tag like this,   <configuration>
   <system.web>
      <authorization>
         <allow roles="Admins"/>
         <deny users="*"/>
      </authorization>
   </system.web>

   If you want to restrict particular file or folder in your application, then you can 
use <location> tag along with <authorization> tag to restrict access to that resource.
