Lalit, What you are talking about is perfectly fine ... MSMQ Trigger also can execute 
a .NET exe. Yes, I've tried that.    But I need to work with a component which is not 
only a part of my application(.NET) but also is the interface to the MSMQ trigger. The 
advantage here is that i don't need to work with an external executable. So, my 
approach is to expose one of my .NET component's methods as "COMVisible" which will 
serve as the point of communication between my .NET application and MSMQ. For this 
point of communication to remain valid, i need to make sure that there is a single 
instance of the component when called by either the .NET app or MSMQ.    Hope i'm 
clear.   Group,  Do suggest any other architecture/design that you think will be 
helpfull.   - bignbullish
