----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: shashijeevan Message 2 in Discussion You have enable double buffering on the Form using the following commands SetStyle( ControlStyles.UserPaint, true ); SetStyle( ControlStyles.AllPaintingInWmPaint, true ); SetStyle( ControlStyles.DoubleBuffer, true ); Normally Graphics class updates the entire screen every drawing operation. By using the first statement we are asking the runtime to perform these paint operations in the in-memory copy of the Graphics object and then copy this graphics to the screen in one step. Next two statements are required to eliminate flickering that is seen when the Graphics contents are automatially cleared during repainting of a control. ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
