Hi All..

There are 2 new security models otulined by Michael Howard in his book
Writing Secure Code and they are STRIDE and DREAD models

STRIDE is a model to categorize threats and it stands for
Spoofing,
Tampering,
Information disclosure,
Denial of service, and Elevation of privilege.

While DREAD is a model to calculate the total risk associated with a
threat. It stands for
Damage potential,
Reproducibility,
Exploitability,
Affected users and
Discoverability.
