As Swami_srs told this error occured because of sharepoint, try what swami told, if
you are confused with command line stuff, here is steps to fix it... before that i
should also tell you onething, when you guys ask question, please give more details
like error info, etc.. anyway here is the solution, actually sharepoint installs a
filter that by default attempts to control the whole virtual root. You need to exclude
the web's application path from Sharepoint. 1) Start->Administartive
Tools->Sharepoint Central Administartion
2) Click "COnfigure Virtual Server"
3) A list of web sites appear. Click on the web site of interest (there will
most likely be only one, called Default Web Site).
4) Click "Defined Managed Paths"
5) Scroll at the bottom of the page ("Add a New Path").
6) Type the URL of your web application without the host name (for example
"WebApplication1") Make sure the "Excluded Path" radio button is selected.
7) Press OK
8) Observe that the path has been added under the "Excluded path" section of the same
page. and then try your aspx application... Kashi
