Hi,   You can set autopostback property of textbox control to true. So that it 
will do a postback when the textbox value changes. During that postback, you 
can load the dropdownlist based on textbox value.    Another approach is to 
attach onblur client side event to textbox and in that event try to post the 
page asynchronously using xmlhttprequest. Get the value for dropdownlist and 
bind the value to dropdownlist in client side code itself.   -Saravana
