Bineesh, first of all thanks for your useful comments.   I had tested this by 
calling GC.Collect() and that is working fine. ie, garbage collector is not 
freeing that memory up.(the memory of objTemp, cause, objLocal is referencing 
it now.) ** One thing I want to point out, in last line you said "so that 
object will not be grbage collected until objtemp goes out of scope" objtemp is 
out of scoped already, (I think you want to mention objLocal, rite....)    rest 
is fine,  If you have a good site/link in your mind, to look into this matter 
do let me know.   Thanks
