Hi,
You can have confirmation dialog with javascript also:
Just add below stuff.
1. Add this javascript in HTML part of ASPX

function ConfirmMsg(){

}

</script>
2. Attach this in Page_Onload to button as
Btn_Confirm.Attributes.Add("OnClick", "javascript:ConfirmMsg();")
If you want to add it in codebehind then you can do that also as,
