Hi,   To loop through a table variable u can use something like this:   Declare 
@MyTable Table( Id  INT IDENTITY, SomeValue VARCAHR(30) ) Declare @MaxId INT  
Declare @MinId INT Declare @MyValue VARCHAR(30)   SELECT @MinId = MIN(Id) FROM 
@MyTable  SELECT @MaxId = MAX(Id) FROM @MyTable   WHILE ( @MinId <= @MaxId) 
BEGIN            SELECT @MyValue = SomeValue             FROM @MyTable          
   WHERE Id = @MinId                         INSERT INTO TestTable(MyValue)     
       VALUES(@MyValue)                        SET @MinId = @MinId + 1 END
