                Hi All,
                Recently i got the following error, when i invoke the excel
                application in ASP.
                using the following command
                 Set xl =
                Server.CreateObject("Excel.Application")
                Actually i just open an existing .xls file and trying to
                change something and save it a different name.
                got this error
                Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0177
                (0x80080005)
Server execution failed
                I don't know, why this error coming. Can anyone, solve this
                problem? Thanks in advance.

                Regards
                Ravi
