HI Sarav,
You may need to AddHeader as "CONTENT-DISPOSITION" in Response Object, as well
as Content Type as "application/vnd.ms-excel". The following code snippets
describes about tat
DataSet ds = new DataSet;
DataAdapter.Fill(ds);
Response.ContentType = "application/vnd.ms-excel";
Response.AddHeader("CONTENT-DISPOSITION", "attachment; filename=Export.xls");
dgExcel.DataSource = ds;
dgExcel.EnableViewState = false;
dgExcel.DataBind();
