Hi ,   You are on the right track , in short - SOA is implicitly and completely 
dependant on a good Object Oriented Design , that is how a flexible design can 
be created in various components of SOA .   Now in case of SOA , essence of the 
whole thing is to expose various components in form of service based on 
standard protocols , so that :   1. They can run and can be hosted on a remote 
location  . 2. Re usable etc .   hope it helps ,   Mrinal
