However, now I wish to uninstall that service - I tried doing that using the uninstall option from the 'Add/Remove Programs' - but the service shows up in the list of services on the local machine - although the status is disabled. How do I uninstall the service from the local machine? I also tried using the uninstall option by right-clicking the .msi file, but that too gives me the same issue. Thanks for your time.
