Hi Mrinal,   I did as you said, you please explain me little bit, I do not know 
what to do next   I could see this when i click HTML, do I have to change  
asp:TemplateColumn HeaderText  to  asp:textbox   and How do I populate the 
Datagrid? I am also seeing datagridgirl.com      <asp:DataGrid id="DataGrid1"
