----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Mrinal Message 2 in Discussion Hi , First of all you can only sign a .Net assembly not module and for signing it use sn.exe tool . This tool will essentially generate a strong name for the given assembly , which will be a combination of private and public hash generated . After this assemblty can be insatlled into Gacutil , as a shared assembly . If you are looking other options for digital signature , then check out command line tools for .net on msdn , there are many security related tools for similar purpose , but many of them requires a valid security certificate . thanks , Mrinal ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
