Hi ,   First of all you can only sign a .Net assembly not module and for 
signing it use sn.exe tool . This tool will essentially generate a strong name 
for the given assembly , which will be a combination of private and public hash 
generated .   After this assemblty can be insatlled into Gacutil , as a shared 
assembly .   If you are looking other options for digital signature , then 
check out command line tools for .net on msdn , there are many security related 
tools for similar purpose , but many of them requires a valid security
