Hi ,   It's important to understand how does typecasting works in a language 
like C# .   When you do :   XmlNode abc = (XmlNode) Request   where Request is 
a string type , then it assumes that Request contains the XmlNode object and in 
case it doesn't then it's an exception .   For E.g: try this :   XmlNode xx = 
new XmlNode("Relevant Parameter") ;   string ss = xx.tostring() ;   xx = 
(XmlNode) ss ;   It will work .   So , since you are explicitly typecasting to 
a given type , so it's your responsibility to ensure that it contains relevant 
object type , else it leads to exception .   thanks ,   Mrinal .
