Hi,
Create the report using SQL reporting serivece. There is option for adding
report parameters in this.
Click on the Report menu and open Report Parameters. Add 2 parameters
like 'FromDate' and 'ToDate' with datatype DateTime. And include these
parameters in the query filtration.
Eg:-
SELECT DISTINCT Name, FromDate, ToDate, Allocation
FROM PRS_VW_TaskDefinition
WHERE (FromDate >= @FromDate) AND (ToDate <= @ToDate)
