Hi Yogesh, I tryed with e.Item.Cells(9).HasControls() it returns true
value.i already used 3 textbox so i have to use btn =
e.Item.Cells(9).Controls(4) or btn =
e.Item.Cells(9).Controls(0) can u clear it plz. Regards Prakash.S
