Babu,     It is 100% possible, even you can share your Session/Application 
state in different web application, i mean ASP.NET to ASP. It is better to 
develop each module independent of other. If there is information that needs to 
be shared across modules, it can be achieved through database and/or 
Session/Application variables, depending on the requirements. creating separate 
Session/Application state for each module/application. See the excellent 
article for how we can share session state between Traditional ASP and ASP.NET 
apps.
