Hi Guys,
 
1).A sealed class is a class, cannot be 
inherited.
2).It comes in the situation where it will not have 
the derived classes

1 Ex: Math class. Use "wincv.exe" from the 
command prompt/Run dialogue and explore the classes
 
3).Methods cannot be sealed, but we can declare the 
overrided method as sealed
4).Structs are implicitly sealed
5).Mainly used 
in Singleton Pattern
6).In VB.NET, the equal is 
"NotInheritable"
