i need to design an user account system which satiesfies the follwing
conditions
can any boby send me some ideas,ER diagrame,or something which will help me
Any time a user changes information in the system, an audit to the
database must occur, including the action performed by the user, the username
and date/time. All invalid login attempts must be logged for
reporting purposes. Number of consecutive computer system logon
entry failures must be limited to 3 attempts; a time delay or system lockout
must be inserted after 3 login attempts for 30 minutes. Upon
Login, the system must prompt the user to change passwords every 65 days
Requirements for password reuse, password uniqueness setting must be set at 12
previous passwords remembered. The user should be forced to change password
assigned by Super User upon first login. Password files must be stored
separately from application data Passwords must be encrypted during network
transmission Passwords must be stored in encrypted form
Authentication passwords must be stored in encrypted form
thanks in advance

regards
