Hi..

You have written that you need to perform "Some functions"

Can i know whether these are client side or server side functions/calls.

Client side javascript calls can be handled easily and i suppose u
know the method for that.

Say you have a method XYZ() that is to be called on server side.

Eg. in VB.NET you will write

Public Sub XYZ()
  ' ....'Server side functionality
  Page.RegisterStartupScript("key",strJavaScript)
End Sub

In strJavaScript you can write the call for window.opener......etc and
window.close at the end

I hope this will help u out.

thanks,
anup.
