Hi Rashid ,   Try this before we go for any other solution , in your 
application where you are creating an instance of - MyAssembly.MyClass , if you 
can access the class , as you would have done , then you need not go for 
reflection to load the dll and create the instance as :   1. It's an 
unnecessary performance hit . 2. Only meant for cases where dll / assembly is 
not known at design time and can be queried only at runtime  
So , a logical way to go about doing this , create a base class in form of base 
dll project , a separate project and derive your MyAssembly.MyClass from it and 
also add reference to test application where u are using reflection , then fill 
the returned object in base class object , with base class typecasting , see if 
it works , meanwhile i will try few more things and let u know if i get a 
definite answer .   thanks ,   Mrinal
