the below code i have written to display the table details

da = New SqlClient.SqlDataAdapter("select * from IDS", Conn)

DataGrid1.DataSource = ds.Tables(0).DefaultView
DataGrid1.DataBind()
its not executing?is this correct?
is there any code to write in datgrid control i.e in the html part
