Hi , What you need is the "ArrayBinding" using odp.net , it will help you in
passing an Array to Oracle SP and will help you in doing multiple insert in
asingle round trip . Have a look at this code :
// Create an array of values that need to be inserted
string [] myArrayNames = new string[3]{"AB","CD","EF"};
// Set the command text on an OracleCommand object
cmd.CommandText = "insert into NameList(Names) values (:Name)";
// Set the ArrayBindCount to indicate the number of values
cmd.ArrayBindCount = 3;
// Create a parameter for the array operations
OracleParameter prm = new OracleParameter("Name", OracleDbType.String);
prm.Direction = ParameterDirection.Input;
prm.Value = myArrayNames ;
// Add the parameter to the parameter collection
cmd.Parameters.Add(prm);
// Execute the command
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();

Check it out and in case u have any other issues , get back to me .
thanks ,
Mrinal
