Hi Praveen,
I was referring to displaying Labels to the user with reference to it language 
selection. For example if you want to display all the labels to the user in 
Hindi if his primary language is Hindi in browser then you can have resource 
file that contains text for the labels. Similarly you can add more resource 
files to support more language without changing application.
With respect to saving user data in different languages, you can always store 
it in the database and restore. Only constrain here is that user should have 
installed font for it. If you need to support many languages then you can think 
of using unicode as datatype.
