Hi ,   Few things , just as a suggestion as i am not very sure that i 
understood your query completely :   1. IIS doesn't process the aspx page , it 
will .Net runtime that will do that , IIS  will just serve the pages being the 
Web Server .   2.Your doubt is very easy , as i can get that :   Suppose Page 1 
is the one that is the test page . Now after the test duration or completion , 
you reach final submit button . Result page is Page2 ,    So , in event Handler 
of Submit button on Page1 , You can write a code to Redirection to Result Page 
.   Infact , i think depending upon your logic , if you are going to get 
complete test results in the end , instead of evaluating a question moment it's 
submitted , you can show a progress bar on a main page thread and a separate 
thread can run the evaluation routine and moment it returns back , you can 
consolidate and return back to result page .   It sounds logic or not to u ,
