Hi Guys ,   We are missing another useful option available to persist the 
dataset between two pages i.e by using HttpContext .    Since the data needs to 
be persisted between two pages we can do it by adding it to the context 
(HTTPContext.Current.items.add(datasetObject) . but the navigation to the other 
page needs to be done using Server.Transfer, then this will work.    In page 1 
aad it to the context , use server.Transfer to navigate to second page and 
retrieve the dataset from the context.   Hope this will help.   Regards Praveen
