Infact in my case i had defined the whole relevant code in form load event and it doesn't shows the icon in the tray . Now i inserted some message boxes , but they also doesn't come up in my case , however as suggested by you Task Manager -- Processes shows the application running . Now when i try to kill then manually it gives access denied , so i was totally out of sync and not sure how to implement that .
