----------------------------------------------------------- New Message on BDOTNET
----------------------------------------------------------- From: Bisht5708 Message 9 in Discussion Hi, Based on your message, its seems everything is OK, but some one has changed the DEFUALT PORT of SQL server, when you change the default port you need to spacify at the connection string too the same port number. When we do not spacify the port number it will assume as defualt port and try to connect, since the default port has been changed the connection string will not work. I hope this will help you? do reply. Thanks and regards Bisht ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/bdotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
